My journey started ten years ago. Then I lived my life from mind, trying my best to be one in the gang. It did not work out. I decided to quit my job and travel. That’s when my real growth started. A journey with no plans but, to listen to the heart. In the beginning I could not hear it for the minds shatter. I did not have an urge to do anything. It was difficult times.

But slowly, slowly I started to hear my heart. A book inspired me to meditate in the forest. From the beginning it was tough just to sit for an hour. Then I came up with a whole stand-up act that i partly showed at Big ben in Stockholm.

Then I felt love on the inside, a thin connection that gave birth to a longing for deeper meditation. Vipasana taught me how to turn my gaze inwards and before I knew it I found the source of love inside myself. 

Then a whole new life started to unfold.

My relationships changed, I wrote a novel, I felt joy for no particular reason, I became confident, I started to blossom.
